Special Rules: The Roll Your Own Poker variant allows each player to decide what cards are showing in this seven card poker game. The initial deal of three cards are all down. Each player then reviews their cards, and once all decide which card to flip over, everyone does it at once. This is followed by a betting round. The same is done for the next three cards dealt. The final card is kept down.
